2018 was the most challenging market that I have worked through in the sales sector. With the divisive spectre of Brexit looming over London and the uncertainty felt by many of our European friends and neighbours, we saw a significant decrease in demand for properties to purchase. On the other side of the aisle in the lettings world, we have seen much more stability and growth. Rental prices have stabilised over the past six months and demand for three and four bedroom properties has actually intensified.
